Independent Living Options
Our campus includes independent living units in the form of apartments, condos and duplexes. For a tour or questions regarding any of these independent living units, please contact us:

Our independent living units (ILU’s) have waiting lists of individuals wanting to purchase or rent them. Please complete the ILU pre-application if you are interested in being placed on a waiting list for one or more types of units.

Features Common to all Independent Living Units
- Located within walking distance of church, grocery store, bank, library and post office
- Condos and apartments are connected to the Home
- Guest room available for rental for overnight guests
- Nursing care is not provided; you are responsible for all of your medical care
- Eligible for one free week of care in the nursing facility per year (applies to room rate charge only)
- Priority is given for admittance to the nursing facility when and if the need arises
- Responsible for your own cleaning, cooking and laundry
- Meals may be purchased and eaten in the guest dining room at the Home at a current cost of $4.50 per meal
- Residents are welcome to attend all activities and functions at the Home if they wish
- Church services and music piped into each unit
