Our lovely campus includes independent living units in the form of apartments, condos and duplexes.

Features Common to all Independent Living Units

Located within walking distance of church, grocery store, bank, library and post office

Guest room available for rental for overnight guests

Nursing care is not provided; you are responsible for all of your medical care

Transportation services are available for a fee.

Responsible for your own cleaning, cooking and laundry with the understanding that these services can be purchased from the Home.

Meals may be purchased and eaten in the guest dining room at the Home or delivered to your unit.

Residents are welcome to attend activities and functions at the Home if they wish

Church services and music is piped into each unit

Our independent living units (ILU’s) have waiting lists of individuals wanting to purchase or rent them. Please complete the ILU pre-application if you are interested in being placed on a waiting list for one or more types of units.
